HAS Villa

Villa is a statement residence currently under construction in Abu Dhabi, designed to embody a refined expression of modern Art Deco elegance. The architectural language draws from the grandeur and geometric sophistication of the Art Deco movement, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens to suit the lifestyle and climate of the region.

The villa features a strong, symmetrical composition punctuated by vertical elements, layered setbacks, and decorative stone-clad façades that exude permanence and luxury. Rich in detail yet restrained in form, the design balances boldness with elegance—using a curated palette of natural stone finishes, metallic accents, and subtle textural contrasts to create depth and richness across the façade.

Inside, the spatial experience is equally considered, with high ceilings, axial views, and refined material transitions that echo the exterior language.
