DMM Villa

The design proposal was highly challenging to achieve the client’s needs while overcoming the climate issues that Dubai offers. The villa proposal has been offering several solutions on both cultural and social sides, like embracing nature inside the plot to have that feeling of intimacy with the natural elements and respecting users’ privacy. The design features like patterns and articulation of facades reflected some aspects and solutions, such as the environmental treatment of facades, defining elements of minimalism, and adding inner, quiet spaces to enjoy.
