KH Villa
The design principles are accurately crafted to create spaces that meet the client’s needs for his villa while overcoming the climate issues that Dubai offers. The design proposal contained unique features that serve its main needs, like embracing nature inside the plot to have that feeling of intimacy. Some of the design features like patterns for the entrance, Voids existence, and modular blocks, reflected some aspects and solutions, such as the environmental treatment of facades, Spaces privacy, and adding inner, quiet spaces to enjoy.
Achieving uniqueness throw the design was presented by designing night lighting and adding a sense of mysteriousness and drama to the building, which made an exciting cinematic effect.
